Here are some events that have been suggested. Some of them the club has club stands at. If you have any event you would recommend, let us know and we can include it in our listings.

Romney Marsh Jumble & Ride-In Show - Sunday 15th September 2024

Venue: Marsh Road, Hamstreet, Near Ashford, Kent TN26 2JD (A2070 6 miles from J10 of the M20).

Entry: Gates Open 10 am and admission is £5 adults; £4 for 65 and over; kids under 16 free.
Features: Undercover stalls and indoor seating area in our huge marquee! Large indoor and outdoor Bikejumble with new and used spares, bikes, clothing & accessories for sale.
Free BikeMart display-to-sell area for private vendors,

Dover Transport Museum Classic Motorcycle Day - 15th September 2024

Dorset Crew - Autumn Leaves Rally - Fri 27th to Sun 29th Sep 2024

Venue: The Cross Keys Inn, Holt Road, Mannington, Wimborne, Dorset ,BH21 7JZ

Camping with toilet facilities only

£20 per pitch for the whole weekend.

We will of course support the pub by having a cooked breakfast and evening meal. As many of you know this is always home cooked and good value.

There are nearby B & Bs for those who require a little more comfort!! Please let us know if you would like details.

There will be a Friday afternoon ride out at 3pm with Saturday ride out through Dorset's beautiful countryside. Sunday morning we will visit Burley for their Steam Fair.

Norton Day - Saturday 28th September 2024

 

Venue: National Motorcycle Museum, Coventry Road, Bickenhill, Solihull B92 0EJ

As well as access to the museum for the day (£5 for NOC members - usually £15), and free parking for bikes and cars, there will also be 'lotta torque about Norton' with the following talks:

 

  • John Naish - Norton, worst brand in the world - if you read its press history!
  • Ashley Cutler - Norton Engineering
  • Jonathan Furminger - the 961 Norton
  • Key Note Speaker - Alan Cathcart - history of the John Player Nortons
  • Fire up of Nortons

Price: £15 for non NOC Members

South of England Motorcycle Show & Jumble - 27th October 2024

Venue: South of England Showground, Ardingly, West Sussex, RH17 6TL
